I keep wondering if I am going in the wrong direction. I feel like the fish moving in swift waters being driven by some unknown force to get to that spot where I was first created. Each school brings it's own special focus. I tenderly approach each techniques looking for my oneness with this new information.
Yoga Therapy, neuromuscular massage therapy, gentle yoga, deep tissue massage, trigger points,etc. are terms that people keep asking about and continue to be confused about.
How active are you? I'm sure that if you watch television maybe you have seen the commercial which states that a body in motion tends to stay in motion. As I sit here typing away madly, I am stationery, and the only thing in motion are my fingers. So what does that mean about my hip or even my stiff back or if I have neck pain?
In this age of new miracles, more people expect to have to do less to get better. Being old school, my experience has been that transformation takes longer than I could ever imagine. Being old school means that I have been around to a variety of different health practitioners looking for a solution to my pain issues. Then in remember my best friend saying to me healer heal thyself.
So...the fish swimming against the current, now believes that the pool just ahead is home base.
